You can choose one or several support types depending on your needs.
How quickly does CADFEM Ukraine respond to support requests?

TECS programme participants receive priority support — response within 1 business day. For critical issues we aim to respond within a few hours. Clients without TECS receive support within 3–5 business days.
Is technical support needed if I already know how to use ANSYS?

Yes, even experienced users need support. The main reason is that ANSYS version updates are released regularly and without TECS you will not receive them. Non-standard technical situations can also arise, or new engineering tasks may require methodology support. TECS is primarily about access to the latest versions.
